When calling Costa Rica you must dial the country code first which is 011.

Captain Rick and Rhino Charger also has a Skype number which you may call. His Skype number is USA based in Florida but will automatically be forwarded to him in Costa Rica.

With the Skype number you only are billed for long distance to Florida which is a little less money that calling Costa Rica directly. So we recommend that you at least try using the Skype number first to save a buck or two. If you can not reach Rhino Charger Charters through Skype then use the regular Costa Rica numbers.
