Refunds
To book your fishing charter, a $300 deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due on the date of your excursion. Refunds for deposit can be made up to two weeks before your fishing trip. Please contact us via email, text message or phone call if you would like to cancel your trip. If you cancel with more than a week before your trip, we will refund your deposit via PayPal. If you cancel within one week of your trip, all refunds are given at the discretion of the owner of Rhino Charger Sport Fishing. We do consider ourselves reasonable people and we would much prefer to change the date of your trip instead of cancel. If you do need to cancel or amend your date, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges & Amendments
Dates can be changed at no additional charge or penalties provided we have availability for your desired dates. Please get in-touch if you would like to amend your dates.
No Shows/Late Cancellations
No shows or cancellations on the morning of the trip can lead to a penalty of 100% charge of the full price of the trip. This will be at the discretion of the owner of Rhino Charger Sport Fishing. Please advise as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
